If you are looking for a Saturday morning workout in Central Houston that pushes you, clears your mind, and leaves you feeling strong before the weekend even gets going, Philz Hillz by Body By U Fit is built for you.

Every Saturday at 7:00 AM, we train outdoors near Spotts Park at 401 S. Heights Blvd, Houston, TX 77007 with a 1-hour high-intensity session that combines hill work, athletic drills, strength training, partner challenges, AMRAP, EMOM, and Tabata-style conditioning.

It is designed for women who want to release the pressure of the week, build stamina, challenge themselves, and head into the weekend feeling energized, accomplished, and mentally lighter.
